Feeld: Open-Minded Dating App

I can't review how the app actually works because I can't even get my account verified. I received the email link, but when trying to verify my phone number, I get an error. I contacted support and received several generic responses. I have submitted three separate tickets, and still, ZERO progress has been made in over a week. Looking on reddit, the app is trash after they updated it. Several posts on paid memeberships that are inaccessible now. I wouldn't waste your time on this app.

This app is full of bugs that the developers seemingly do not care to fix. They're constantly pushing their quite expensive premium version but they can't be bothered to fix the most simple of issues. Additionally, I was locked out of my account after deleting the app. I contacted support and two 'people' got back to me. However, after claiming they needed to escalate my request 3 weeks ago, it's been radio silence. Needless to say I will not be redownloading this app.

It is super slow, and most of the time it crashes. It drains the battery quickly and makes my phone extremely hot. There is basically no support—it says it can take a week or more to receive a response. It doesn’t show who you’ve Pinged, and it only shows some of your Likes, not all of them. It allows you to purchase extra Pings that don’t expire, but I don’t know how they are distinguished from the daily Pings, which do expire.

Boy, can this app get any glitcher. The app is unstable which is exacerbated by the way you scroll through people. Basically you scroll left and right and to the right people get father away. The problem is it takes forever to get through people and at any moment the app can restart you at the beginning. And good luck going the full distance, I haven't done that in a while. Despite it say my search is up to 245 Miles out, it usually just stops around 113-118.

The app don't work properly. The pics don't appear in the 70% of the cases and if a profile have 3 or more, just after the 3rd or 4th picture I can see the profile. I think that is a terrible experience and I want cancel my subscription and the refound for the time that I don't use the subscription after being cancelled

Seems to be one of the more inclusive dating apps so that's good. -1⭐ For bugs. Falling to load photos, not registering likes/dislikes, etc. -2⭐ For requiring too many permissions. I have my phone locked down privacy-wise, and I need to turn on 1) location services 2) Google location accuracy 3) Bluetooth scanning and 4) Wi-Fi scanning in order for the app to even open. Yuck.

Literally unable to use the app. During account creation, the app asks the user to upload profile photos of themselves. Which would be fine if the feature actually worked. No matter how many times I select a minimum of three pictures, the app does nothing and the spaces remain empty. Since it is mandatory for account creation I simply cannot access the app whatsoever. It would be nice if the app had notifications telling me what is wrong with the pictures or why it is not working.

It's mediocre when it works, and the app hasn't worked in over 4 months. I've reached out to a non-existent customer service several times to no avail. They simply don't care, and when it did work most of the profiles on the premium paid side were dated with last logins for most being weeks to months ago.

I have been using the app on and off for a couple years now. both premium and free versions. The concept is great, and I have made a handful of good connections over the years. But the app sucks, crashes frequently, won't load location data, freezes up and won't load photos, the list goes on. nothing has changed since I first started using the app, so I doubt they will make any changes to better the app. probably not worth your money.

Paid for membership. After paying they heavily throttle how many profiles they will show me. I live in NYC, one of the most populated female heavy cities in the world and 'there is no one to show me, until the next time I open the app? BS. As a straight male the app is not worth paying for. Edit: Nothing to clear up. Endless profile swiping when under free profile. I start paying and suddenly I get a few profiles at a time. Men, don't waste your money.
